MP Approved Site Guidelines:

Your pageant must be a mail-in (or online) competition. Unfortunately, we do not post approvals for live pageants or photo contests.
At least 2 competitions must have been held (prizes sent & received) before you can apply for the MP Approved Site stamp.
Please submit 2 references from current or former kings or queens to be posted on our site. At least 1 reference must be from a queen or king crowned within the past year.
The messages must be forwarded to: mailinpageants@yahoo.com
You must have the names and at least one photo of a current or former winner posted on your site.
We do not endorse any pageant that receives an MP approved site stamp. Approval simply means that the site has met the requirements listed.
The annual fee for the MP Approval service is $25 per year.
ALL FEES SUBMITTED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Mailinpageants.com reserves the right to remove the APPROVAL if sufficient complaints are received.

List of Services you will receive as an Approved Site:

Fee: $25.00 per year

•Approved Sites receive a seperate page on the MP site that will include the references and queen pics that were sent with the submission. This is valuable because potential contestants will be able to visit your page and read about the great experiences others have had in your system!

•Approved Sites have our permission to place our stamp on their site for the year.

•Approved Sites will be place in the directory with a stamp placed next to their pageant names!

•Advertise on the MP Website!

BECOME AN MP FEATURED SITE!

Fee: $75.00 per year

List of Services you will receive as a Featured Site:

•Featured Sites will receive space on the homepage for a banner (150 x75 pixels) and a 20-25 word write up.

•The Featured Sites' banners will be posted beneath ALL of the Mailinpageants.com message board banners. This service alone is worth $10-$15 per month!

•Featured sites will be placed at the TOP of the Pageant Directory!

Featured Site Instructions:

Please submit your payment along with your pageant name, url, 20-25 word write up and banner (150 x75 pixels) to: mailinpageants@yahoo.com

•To add your link to our directory, the cost is just $7. (This is a 1 time fee.)

**Sites MUST BE MAILIN/ONLINE pageants to be added to the directory.

Your pageant may be added to the directory if it meets at least 2 of the following criteria:

*Applicants must submit a resume, essay or list of achievements.
*The competition is NOT A LIVE EVENT.
*It is stated on your website that your pageant is an online or mail-in pageant.

We invite you to reserve your space as a FEATURED PAGEANT!

Each month, we have a photo contest for queens and kings who have won titles through online competitions. One of the prizes we offer is a FREE entry from the FEATURED PAGEANT. To become the Featured Pageant, you will just need to sponsor the PC with 1 free entry to your pageant. If your pageant offers different entry fee packages, you can sponsor with the least expensive package. The winner should not be required to pay any fees, but often, a contestant may enter optionals or will pay to upgrade to a higher fee package.

List of Services you will receive as a Featured Pageant:

•The Featured Pageant will receive additional exposure on the homepage and will be promoted in our email campaigns.

•The Featured Pageant may submit a large banner (up to 700 x500 pixels) to be posted on the message boards along with our Royalty Showcase PC Ad banner!

To reserve a month as a Featured Pageant, please submit your site donation and the month you would like to sponsor to: mailinpageants@yahoo.com

•Royalty Showcase Spotlights

Feature YOUR King or Queen in the Royalty Showcase for just $10 per year!

The Royalty Showcase is reserved for pics of Kings and Queens in attire awarded by mail-in/online pageants only.

To submit a spotlight, please send one photo along with the pageant name and url.
